Gass X strips work really well. I'm having the same issue and I walk walk walk and it is still gassy and bloated. It will pass.

    I too use gas x strips..... They still do the trick..... Hope they help you!

    I think I saw a suggestion somewhere that Simethicone can also help -- I picked some up at the drugstore today along with the Gas-X and the scrips that my doc wrote.
