Post op headache

I am 4 days post op and have had almost no issues or pain from surgery. I do have a terrible unrelenting headache. Nothing seems to help from morphing, panadol to Celebrex. Then a tramadol.

Any recommendation

Could it be lack of vitamin or protein? I am getting plenty of water

Depending on your ha it before hand had you completely cut out caffeine. If not that could be your culprit

Once I stopped the pain pump and got some caffeine mine went away. Was really bad for the 2 days following surgery.
