    Good I tried that juice from.Nutmeg and for the price I was not impressed. I dont like them much.

    I'm sorry to hear that.. Which flavor did you try? I guess it's all in what you like. I can't imagine drinking chocolate or vanilla shakes that often. I do the vanilla pure protein from Walmart but its almost $8 for 4 shakes. And they're to sweet so I drink them sparingly.

    I live in New York but will be having my surgery in Danbury CT.

    I was born and raised in Stamford, but currently live in Norwalk. My surgery is scheduled for September 25 at Stamford Hospital. I Started my pre-op diet today. So far so good :-)
