just got real

I went to my first nutrition appt yesterday. Idk what I thought it was gonna be like but I was pleasantly suprised. She was asking me to start making small changes to get myself prepared for surgery...holy ****!!! I'm having surgery!!! WOW!! I was making appointments and going thru the motions, but it is real to me all of the sudden. I'm excited and nervous at the same time.
