  1. I have stairs and since my bedroom is up here- my husband made me stay upstairs because of the pain meds that I was on. Didnt want to risk me falling down them. However, after atleast a week-I did go down them slowly. You just gotta be careful. I didnt have much energy.
  2. I was in your place about a month and a half ago. I didnt know whether to be happy or scared!! I had my surgery on 3/28 and so far I'm down 30lbs. I dont know whether it should me more by now but I'm off to a good start. Just try to relax, it's gonna be great!!

  5. My surgery was 3/28 and I'm experiencing some cramps/spasms in my stomach area .They dont last long but they are continuous. Is this normal?Please help.
