Another good feeling...my 15 year old very petite daughter gave me a hug and said Wow Mom I've never been able to wrap my arms all the way around you. Keeps me motivated

Yes it's great being able to bend overand tie my shoes without coming up red in the face, feeling my bones I haven't felt in so many years and not being so self conscience when my husband throws his arm over my waist...bc now I have one. My ladies even look better not having to compete with my tummy It's an awesome feeling.

I also have begun to lose hair. The last couple weeks glad has been horrible. I researched a lot and I'm uping my vitamins and biotin intake. I too have a hard time getting all the proteins in..no matter how hard I try. Congratulations on the weight loss I know its a wonderful feeling.

I also had many stalls. I didn't lose anything from Thanksgiving to Christmas then bam 5.5 pounds in a week. I was sleeved 9/11 and I've lost 75lbs so far. I also am very happy

Hi I'm a 9/11 sleever. I to have had my stalls but I am pretty pleased with my 70 LB weight loss. I still have a long way to go before I reach my long term goal of 165. I've gone from 330 to 260. [ATTACH]7537[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]7537[/ATTACH]

I do it too..every time I drink or eat. Not sure if its my Andy telling me I'm full or if its trapped air and it just comes up? Weird...
