I didn't know you could eat pansies.... i have been told we can eat the little violets that grow wild here, and the young dandilion leaves... that's fascinating (and beautiful)!

Just do not eat the foxglove no matter how beautiful they look! They are everywhere in the spring and summer months.
May 8, 201313 yr Ham, cheese, and mustard in lettuce roll-ups, with gazpacho jello salad on the side and marinated mushrooms. (Sorry, I ate it before seeing this thread!) Fiddleman, are those the chicken skewers from Costco? I've had them for dinner a couple of times, but they need ... something. I tried a homemade "honey" mustard sauce, which wasn't bad, but conflicted a bit with the mediterranean spices. Might have to try your tzatziki - do you make your own?
May 9, 201313 yr Author Looks delicious Fiddle I wish I could handle raw peppers It definitely took awhile to eat red peppers without discomfort. I think after month 6.
