vitamin intake while preg post op

I am 8 months post op and just found out I am 4 weeks pregnant i am waiting to get my referral for an Obgyn from my insurance ... I was wondering how do the vitamins work? Do.I keep taking them or do I take more or less and of what? I started taking pre natal Gummie w folic acid but I'm.not sure about our everyday vitamins cuz I read that too much or too less of some vitamins is bad for the baby.... I would greatly appreciate the help...thank you

Make sure you let your VSG surgical team know too! Your OBGYN will be the BEST source of info. Happy pre-momdom!
