      I did my psych eval over the phone. She asked me 20 yes or no questions and that was it. Told me I passed and to pick up my results to give to my surgeon when I meet with him.

    Yes, very convenient! No not yet. I have one more appointment with my nutritionist July 1, shell submit my paperwork for the July 9th meeting. I'm hoping to have an August date.
