Gall Bladder Pills

I'm not complaing, but these things are the worst part of my day...morning and evening.

Any suggestions on how to make the powder go down easier? Im currently crushing the pill and adding it to liquid.

I feel the same way. I can't remember to take the one at night because it says with food really? I don't want to take these forever I know that! Oh and mine is a capsule but its HUGE!

I have to give myself a pep talk every time.

It's not fun.. I get mine in a capsule too.. Every time I take it I feel sick for a good hour or two.
