Any good protein recipes?

I am 4 days post op and bought the sampler pkg from bjs bariatrics. I mixed the carribean cooler with water as it said to do and it was disgusting. Does anyone know anything good to try?

I bought all my post op food from Nashua Nutrition online and I LOVE the Protidiet Vanilla Pudding. It's delicious.I bought their (Protidiet, Proti Thin or Health Smart brands) beef vegetable soup, hot cocoa, and fruit flavoured protein packets. It's all been tolerable with water. Once I moved into foods, I bought their protein bars and it feels like a treat some days eating them because they are so good.

I think Proti is what my surgeon's office sells. I bought some, got them home, and then noticed gelatin in the ingredients...so not vegetarian. :( Bummed me out! Probably not an issue for most people, but since I'm a vegetarian, I had to return them.
