Water

Can we drink too much water?? Will it stretch the sleeve. I've been trying to increase my water intake but I don't want to drink so much that I stretch my sleeve. Is this a dumb question??

I agree with Nicolanz.

The biggest risks with water are not getting enough and drinking too fast so it comes right back up. It won't stretch your sleeve, just sip sip sip!

Funny, cause this crossed my mind a few times, too.

Water can stretch your sleeve. It has mine. My system digests really slow. There are nights when my stomach looks and sounds like a watermelon because I can't get my pyloric valve to react and release the water. I wind up having to eat some Protein to get it moving! Sucks!!
