Are you tracking your food on My Fitness Pal or another app? If not, start tracking. It's possible you're eating more than you think you're eating, although that's pretty difficult at only 4 months po

Water, water, water. Drink as much as you can. That helps a lot. As the prior post said track every morsel that goes in your mouth and stay under 800 cal at this point. Good luck.

I am going nuts here...I had surgery in January and I'm only down 35lbs total (including 21 lbs pre op). I am exercising, I am eating properly, in fact I have been trying to see if I could "shock"myself into losing again by upping my protein...no luck
I'm getting desperate here. I am wondering if I should go back on a liquid diet like I was on for pre op. I have had some suggestions from people on here, and I've tried most of them... the scale isn't moving :/ I don't know what to do. I don't have a Dr. I am "self paid" when I see my family Dr she's at a loss. I did see a nutritionist and she told me to try to get all my protein from food and not shakes... not possible!! Besides that doesn't help me anyhow because the scales not moving !!! Argh I am so frustrated !!!! Sorry I just had to vent, I don't have anyone to talk too here at home
