Food Scale!

I like to finish my plate, and I think this will be my best tool (other than my sleeve)

I got a food scale a few weeks ago and I love it. You will like being able to positively know exactly how much you are eating.

And I suggest buying a portable food scale. Its about the size of a cellphone and it really comes in handy. I dont use it as much as my home scale, obviously because i eat mostly at home, but it is so worth it for under $10. I may/may not look like a drug dealer pulling my little scale out of my purse, but i dont care ;)
