The dreaded 3 week stall...

I stopped losing weight at about 3 weeks post op, and the scale hasn't moved since. It's been holding steady and pissing me off. How long do I need to wait? How do I get the scale moving again????

Protein seems to be the key to stopping my stalls. I read from someone that when they stall they go back to meat and protein drinks until the stall ends. I tried it with my last stall and after 8 days of not dropping a pound I dropped 4 over night. I don't know if it was just time for it to end or the protein is what helped. I do know I'm going to try it again with my next stall... Good luck!!

I set my timer to remind my self to eat every two hours and its working, the key is eating, and also i stop walking on my treadmill for a while and it started moving faster,i know that crazy,i will start back soon just watching my body now,and also you could be losing inches that will not show on the scale..so hang in there it will start back soon,
