My aunt is pretty kick ass. I'm only 23 years old and I've been overweight my entire life. She sees me struggling to lose weight...I've been on a constant diet for the last year...and she wants to help me. She is supportive of whatever decision I end up making. I'm kind of leaning towards Dr. Alejandro Lopez-Ortega...and using alighterme as the coordinators....I've researched all over and I keep coming back to them...so hopefully it's good!

I have always struggled with my weight, and I don't want to answer other people's doubts while battling my own. This is important to me so that I can live my life, not constantly worry about how heavy I am or how unhealthy I am becoming.

My husband is very supportive and my kids are understanding. Unfortunately, my 13 year old daughter struggles with her weight, so she actually told me she is envious. If she is still struggling when she is older, I'll be by her side no matter what she does. If this is successful for me, it may be an option for her in the future.

Maybe once you start to lose weight and become more active..she will start to lose weight as well. I hated struggling with my weight in my teen years...
