Wanting to switch procedures after submitting application?

Hey, everyone. I just submitted my WLS application last week and I put that I wanted the band but now I want the sleeve. Will I have to submit a new application??? Or will I be able to make the final decision on which procedure after I meet with the surgeon??

I'm assuming you mean submitting an application to the surgeon's office. For that, I'm betting you wouldn't need a new application - usually at that stage it's understood that you're going in for an initial consultation at which you'll discuss which options are best for you (assuming that your surgeon does sleeves - not all do!)

U can change ur decision but call the office and tell them in case they have to submit different paper work.
