I still have the pych eval and nutritions, I already submitted my past weightloss programs and my doctor still hasnt called my for my weights from 2010 to now. when all that is done then they try to get an auth from my insurance. It just feels like it isn't moving as fast as I want it it or thought it would take

Yes, waiting is so hard, I had to do a 6 month program and it seemed like forever until it was within a month, then it didn't seem so bad. If we want it bad enough then we go along with the insurance companies and jump through as many hoops as necessary. Your time will come!
