  1. I am at a stall also.Had surgery on DEC. 12 I am not stressing though because the faster the weighloss the more my body thinks its back to eating unhealthy. I eat all the right food also. It juat happens slower than others.

  8. I just had my surgery 12/12 I know where your coming from with the fustration. Just stay focused and learn alot about protein and shakes and what not to do after surgery. You will have a date in no time.
  9. I just had surgery on 12/12/13 and I wanted to crywhen i was able to button my winter coat all the way. I had to catch myself from doubting that anything is possible and that just in one week what a major difference.

  11. Im so happy the surgery went well, I had to stay an extra day because my heartrate was elevated but after monitoring and catscan was able to go home. I am so thankful that i had so many well wishes and prayors. Who ever is questioning wether to go through it please stay positve and close your eyes and do it. Just one more week and its off to puree. Its funny how my mind can't beleive im not hungry at all lol this is so amazing.

  13. Omg I took another test not the a1c but a fasting and my doctor said it was too low what the heck looks like no surgery until my a1c is checked. My head is spinning from the ups and downs.

  16. Oh i really think i would go nuts in the house. I walk to different locations in a hospital. So i am thinking about 2 weeks
  17. Honestly how long after the sleeve can you physically go back to work?
  18. My doctor actual put me on this new med calles invocanna which i take in the morning with my insulin and it actually works. My numbers in the morning are horrible but since on it helps. Look it up also she changed my units to higher at night. Hopefully she clears me on the 1st.
