I make this in my magic bullet:

1 small avocado.

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard.

17 protein! And yummy. I eat this on my Kim's Magic Pop (similar to rice cakes with only 2 carbs).

    Kim's magic pop are made at Kroger marketplace. They are whole wheat & brown rice snacks (kinda like rice cakes) but only 15 calories & only 2 carbs. Great when you need a little crunch. I
