3 month check in

Well today makes 3 months and I am down to 387.4. Was hoping I would be further but I am happy with my progress. My vitamin D was low so the dr gave me a a script. Also some my sugars and cholesterol were high. Not really sure why but just to be safe going to go back to basics and really watch what I eat. Need to get back into the habit of tracking my food and upping my water. I also fell off the gym wagon and I have to get back on. Lots of added stress and drama at the moment so the gym will do me good. Hoping I can have a vast improvement by my next check up.

Did you mean 287.4...since your starting weight was less than 387.4? Either way, glad you are progressing!

Were you taking a calcium supplement after surgery and still had a vitamin D deficiency
