My tummy hurts :(

Sooooo tomorrow I'm 4 weeks out. I feel great! For the most part. I've lost 47lbs including my pre op and I love the gym and water now. The first week or 2 was hell. But, the past two weeks I've gotten my energy back, my incisions have healed, I felt like me again.. No pain.. Just great. But the last two days, my stomach just hurts. Like my actual stomach, not my stomach region. It's like it's really sore. I get it, I just had major surgery... But it wasn't hurting at all last week. Just a little concerned. Of course I'm jumping to, "oh God, it's infected" or "there's food stuck in my staple line".. Just looking for some advice. Thanks :)

Well, I'd definitely call and talk to the doctor as a reassurance measure, if nothing else.
