Snickers...

It DOESN'T satisfy you :(

My patient gave me a SB today and thought I'd bring it home to my boys and they could split it. Instead my old, ok not so old self (3 months post-op) came home exhausted and said screw that I'm going to have some and I actually waited till the kids were out of sight and ripped that baby open. I managed to eat half and then I began to feel nauseous, hot head, heart burn, and just sick! Threw the rest out.

Lesson learned. I will confess to my Crossfit coach and give him 20 burpees mañana!

Question, why the "sick" feeling? Is it mental cause I know I shouldn't be eating that? Or does it have to do with little stomach space and major sugar/chocolate ratio?

The sugar. I still can't handle much sugar.

I hear it's the sugar. For some reason the little pouch is unable to stand it. (Shrugs)

Nasty sugar!
