Day 3 liquid pre-op

Well so far I have had NO grumbling tummy which is amazing to me ! I have no realized how much "head hunger" I have had all my life! I have a 3wk (by choice, 2 is required) liquid to do pre-op. my program supplies 3 meal replacements a day and I am allowed fat free broth, SF jello, SF Popsicles and if need be FF jello pudding . I have found my constantly having fluid at my side I have kept the full feeling and have kept up my fluid intake to 100oz plus! The downside....peeing all the time lol! I was down 2lbs in 2 days already ! So for all those dreading it, you never know how you will feel until you do it! I have been thrilled so far to see how strong I have been so far especially knowing this will help my success on the "other side"!

You are exactly right. I was on a 4 week plan. I cheated because I thought I was hungry. When I got serious, I lost 19 lbs in 11 days. Now I am day 4 post op. All in my mind.

It got easier the closer I got to my goal. I didn't want any food. Now I am Day 4 post op.

I'm on day 2 of my pre-op diet. I am hungry but it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. Can't wait for the 24th. Just need to keep focused on why I am going through all of this.
