What is sliming? I've seen it mentioned in the forums often but when I searched there's no topics about it. Is it a bad thing?

Yes it's a bad thing because for the most part it means you are eating to much or to fast.

I've never slimed (sleeve of steel) but many do here's one persons description if it ....

I had slimed once after eating too fast two weeks post op, you get slimy spit that comes up from your stomach which is slick, not bubbly like the froth.
