Hi,

I have the occasional hiccup as well. There is either one or two of them.....and then they stop. It is so odd. I am only 10 days out from surgery.....so I have not really been able to attribute them to anything in particular yet. Looking forward to hearing if others here have that same experience.

It's my signal to stop eating. It means I am satisfied. If I eat more....I will be too full and uncomfortable and maybe stretch my pouch or PB. Yuk. Katt

For me they are normal and an indication Im full!! Otherwise I dont have them.

I get these embarrassingly L O U D hiccups when I have not chewed my food well enough or have taken too big a bite. My friends really get a kick out of them!!
