As stated above, I am having the sleeve done with Dr. Garcia same day as I fly in on April 10th. I'm getting butterflies and I'm nervous, scared, excited, all wrapped in one. I can't believe I'm only 6 days away!!!

Are you switching to Florence/Oasis ?!?!

I just switched to Florence/Oasis and am having same day surgery on April 12th! I will still be at the marriot so maybe I will see some of you there?

why did u guys switch? is there something wrong with Garcia or is there something better with florence ?

I was reading on the Mexico Sleevers FB page that some people were having to share rooms at MiDoctor due to overcrowding. Dr Garcia is also doing surgeries out of Florence. The rooms are bigger, and if you are bringing a support person they will have a bed to sleep on instead of the possibility of just a recliner. I have also heard that it is quieter because its closer to the beach rather than the border

I'm still with Garcia. Just read that Florence is better than midoctor. I just decided to switch

what do u mean better?what Do u think he does different? different techniques? people lose better? sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I choose the best Dr hopeing for no complications!!

I am not talking about switching doctors. I am switching hospitals. He is now working out of a different hospital also.
