week 1-2 calories?

I was just curious what everyone else had/has as a caloric limit for the full liquids stage? I had to stay on clears 5 extra days due to post-op complications, but now I'm finally able to swallow fluids & it seems like I'm eating too much. On clears I was lucky to hit 150 calories/day. I'm now getting 350-450 calories/day. My surgeon/NUT don't list limits except for the pre-op diet. Just curious. Thanks!

I am interested in what others have to say as well. I'm taking in between 500 and 600 calories and feel ok with that. But my post-op diet does not list calories for the full liquid phase either......

You guys really just need to be tracking your protein intake and liquid at this point I would not trip about the calories :)

I had surgery march 27 and am on the full liquid stage I can drink protein drinks yet doc doesn't want me focusing on protein yet. So with 3 "meals" I have around 150-200 cal. A day

I was sleeved on 3/26 - just focusing on getting my liquids and protein in. Calories go up and down by the day depending on whether I have milk in my shakes or just water... I wouldn't worry about it this soon.

I asked at my NUT mtg on Monday & she said I should be getting 800-1200 calories. Lol I laughed & asked her if she meant @ 1 yr post-op. She said by summer. I laughed again & just said ok. I'm on purees now & lucky to hit 400.
