10 weeks post-surgery praise

I reached a 50 pound weight loss. I am so proud. It is the little things that make me smile like - I can zip my coat, stomach not touching the steering wheel LOL, pants fitting loose and now having to wear a belt etc. I am loving this sleeve!!! :)

Sorry, when I first had surgery I counted carbs, protein etc. Now, I just eat healthy and drink alot of water. I hate Protein drinks. Im just starting to exercise again. I had slacked up when I returned to work, but Im getting to a routine now.
