Stalled and eating more

I am 6 months out and haven't lost in a month and feel my self possibly heading in the wrong direction. Currently down 70lbs at 255. Any help?

I'm pretty new to the post op crew, but I have read stories where people stalled for 6 weeks but lost inches instead of pounds. Be encouraged :) My NUT says for me to remember to stay away from complex carbs and fats. Also, remember to eat lean.proteins first. Hope I helped.

eat eat eat. i upped my carbs (fruits and veggies) decreased protein from 90 to 70 stopped working out for 5 days and started back taking calcium and bam 4lbs oh and one meal replacement a day
