So im having a rough day. I was hoping yall could give me some advise. This is a copy of the email i sent to my NUT today. Hi! Just wanted to touch base and ask a few questions. I'm not feeling very good and I know it's my fault so I wanted to know any tricks you can share. I know I'm not getting my carbs/protein in for the day. It's not for lack of trying. But I have a very weird relationship with food...I basically hate it. Nothing taste good and I'm rarely hungry. I'm thirsty ALL the time so I sip on a protein drink or flavored water through the day. When I eat I try and eat slow and only put 1/2 a cup or less in my baby plate with my baby spoon but I feel no matter what or how much I eat I feel sick and only take a few bites. I haven't cheated on anything. No caffeine no soda no dessert. Per my scale today I am 243.1 from 262. My surgery date was march 18th. I went back to work yesterday light duty which was fine but felt crappy all night and today. Anything you could recommend would be great. Thank you Kacy Fire away fellow march sleeved friends and thank you ahead of time.
