Hey I am 1 month out today, I remember when you went in. How have you been doing, how is your weightloss going?

I'm 36 days post op. I've lost 30 lbs since DOS. and 52 all together since pre-op. I'm down 9" in my waist. It's awesome. No regrets. Best decision ever.

Heey how are you ....I'm great!!!! over all I have lost 85 lbs in a few more weeks it will be 100 I'm just worried about nasty skin :-/

WOW!!! That's really great!! I know I worry about the skin thing also. I have started waking, and in 2 weeks the Doctor says I can start resistance training. Hopefully it wont be so bad. Congrats on your weight loss!!
