Diet supplements

I know diet supplements are bad and were not supposed to take em, especially after surgery, but I'm wondering if anyone here has, what they took, and what were the side effects?

Do NOT take Xenadrine. I took it years ago when i was young and stupid. It was like someone put me on fast forward - heart racing, jitters, shaky - it was awful! There's really no reason to take any of that stuff. It will just do harm - no good.
