Worried

Hi I was sleeved 3/18 and been doing really great. On liquids until this upcoming Monday, but yesterday made 2 egg whites ate a few bites in the morning and it took all day to finish. Well today I feel horrible, I feel very nauseated even with medication and getting chills, I have something that feels stuck in my throat. I am tired and burping alot too. Am just a mess any thoughts please I feel like crying and that's so not me.

Have you tried any papaya enzyme? It helps with food digestion. It can be found in the vitamin section of the store. I found some at Trader Joe's and at CVS. Hope you feel better.

Sounds like it maybe Indigestion..... Maybe ur body is not ready to digest eggs just yet. That also happened to me 2 weeks out and now they go down just fine. (4weeks out now) try some hot tea and maybe wait another week or so before u try eggs again. Just a thought. Feel better
