Hello. I am 8 days post-op & on my clear liquid only diet. I have lost 16lbs. Us that normal or is it coming off too fast?

Hi! I am 11 days post op and have only lost 8lbs so far. Everyone looses differently, so I think you are one of the lucky ones! If you want to trade I will be happy to give you a few of my extra pounds hahahha.

That's normal it will slow up in your second phase..

Im 7 days and have lost 10 pounds:-) I have been told to not get so used to the weight loss during the first month...stalls are in our future.
