ketogenX pre-op died

I am new here :D I just wanted to ask if any one had to do the ketogenX(spelling) diet. It might be the same as the bariatric advantage shakes I think. I just want to know if we can mix surgar free syrups to the shakes or even decaf coffee....im trying to spice them up im on my pre op diet and im getting bored already......I have about a week and a half left help please and thank you.

U scared the hell out of me. At 1st sight I thought ketogenX is the nickname of a member of this forum who passed away...and after reading, it appeared u're talking about a Diet Lol...on the other hand I have no idea about this product. Best of luck.

I had to use Bariatric advantage shakes for my preop. There are recipes on their website to use. I was allowed to make a couple with diet colas as long as you ran it through the blender. You can use fruits and seeds too but again it needs to be run through the blender. That was per my drs instructions.

Definitely go to the Bariatric advantage website and do a quick search on recipes.

One of my favorites was one someone else gave me.

8oz milk, whatever you serving size of for your shakes. Mine was 2 scoops. Use vanilla. 1/4c pumpkin pie filling, cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice to taste. 3 ice cubes and blend away. It was tasty and hid the shake flavor fairly well.
