How to break this stall

Just as it says. I have been the same weight for three weeks. I am 6 weeks out and lost about 31 lbs. since my surgery. I feel like I'm losing inches but the weight has not dropped as I have thought it would or should. I drink a bunch and admittedly don't eat that much per day. Have I shut down my metabolism? Any ideas or encouragement.
