Another hurdle! Lesions?

I went today for my pre-op testing. When I got to work, I received a phone call from the Bariatric nurse. The doctor saw 6-9 milliliter lesions when he did the upper gi. They have me scheduled next Thursday for a scope so they can examine further. I have no idea what this means....if something is terribly wrong with me and this was found by accident or if everything is ok and I'll be able to get my surgery on 4/10. Please keep me in your thoughts! Hoping for the best! :)

Well, hopefully you can get the scope ASAP so there's no delay for your surgery - the surgeon needs clear idea of what he'll encounter during surgery, so the testing is more to prepare him, not to decide whether or not you can proceed with surgery.

Good luck, I hope you get good news!! ;)

I'll be praying and hoping for the best; we'll be surgery buddies.
