Help!

I feel like I'm snacking too much like on reduced fat cheez-it's and Greek yogurt and babybel cheese with turkey pepperoni idk what to eat Idk if I am ok with this or if it's bad I only consume about 450-700 calories a day I don't eat veggies because idk if I can or what kind to eat and I been eating gluten free pasta literally a bite and I'm full and I eat turkey meatballs...ugh

How long ago did you have surgery

I'm two weeks out and u do snack or graze a lot since u can ingest so little. Just be sure and keep track.

i was sleeved march 7th so im about 2.5 weeks out

Yeah you don't want to graze! Try to keep a set schedule of when and what you eat. As far as the veggies, you can pretty much steam broccoli and cauliflower for example. As long as they're soft you should be good to eat them. If anything try to set up a plan with your NUT. Hope this helps! Good luck!
