B12 Shot

Thinking about switching to the B12 shot instead of the liquid. It leaves a weirded taste in my mouth and I believe it's affecting my taste buds. Anyone doing the shot monthly ?

I take the Celebrate Bariatric Suppliment B-12 Sublingual... Cherry flavor... it's pretty tolerable...

shots are easy and you can self administer if the doctor prescribes it that way

Ok, I'm going to have to find something. Where did you purchase it?

I do the sublingual and it was tolerable for the first few months but Im sick of the taste now too.... going to switch to shots at my next doctor visit

I'm taking the monthly shots, I can't say they are better, for I see no application. What I know is that anything I don't have to take by mouth is great by me. I have to take a Probiotic, chewable by mouth and I could just gage, plus taking all the vitamins by mouth. I just wish it all didn't have to go down the throat all the time. It all ads to my stomach aches.
