How do i get my calories?

Breakfast: 1 egg and 8oz of juice 130 cals

Snack: Protein shake 120cals

Lunch: Greek yogurt 65 cals

Snack: cheese stick 50cals

Dinner: Ricotta bake 130cals

Total: 500cals and 46G of Protein

My NUT wants me at 800cals and 60-80 grams of protein. How in the world do I do this? I can add another protein shake and that will get my protein up but she doesn't really want me to drink. She wants it to come from food. Any ideas/suggestions? What do you all eat in a day to get your numbers up?

  • Take skimmed milk and add two dates in it and a little Caedmon power! Tastes really good! Dates are good for heart and hav loads of calories!

  • Cottage cheese is a really good source of protein. It's also very tasty if you scramble 1/4 c of it with an egg. You could also try mixing flavored or unflavored protein powder with your greek yogurt

Cottage cheese is a really good source of protein. It's also very tasty if you scramble 1/4 c of it with an egg. You could also try mixing flavored or unflavored protein powder with your greek yogurt to boost protein and calories.
