I am 3 days post op and i am already looking forward to the next stage. I read on the list that i can have smoothies with no fruit. Can i buy an already made smoothie?

    You are probably better off making your own because if you ever look at the info on the already made ones they tend to be high in calories and carbs while they may not be that bad it hard to know exactly what they are adding into them. Good Luck.
