Try to start getting some Protein. Isopure is considered clear liquid and counts as Water. You wont get any energy till you start to get some protein in your body. It will also help you to heal better. Sip,sip, sip every sip helps.

If Jello is on your protocal, not one mine week one you can make it with unflavored protein. I use unjury and use it in sugarfree black cherry jello. Can't taste it and its chalk full of the coveted protein.

Good luck, it gets better. I'll be a week post op tomorrow and am managing about 80 grams of protein and I do feel great.
