Cleared to work out?

Hi all! I was sleeved on March 1st. Is it too soon to start working out? I'm really anxious to get back to the gym!

I've been walking since the day I was sleeved. My dr said the more your active the better you'll feel. I'm not sure a out weights but I went home with no restrictions. I went hiking two days ago and ill admit it was a little much but walking is always good! I'm 12 days out

My doc said I can do what I can tolerate, but no more than 15lbs in 15 days. So I have been doing some light weights for my arms, but as for pilates, yoga, or anything that will use the resistance of my body I'm waiting about 4 weeks. I walk daily.
