A lot of the time its the gas working its way out of you. Gas X strips helped mine to calm down.

Probably means it's just starting to come back to life. I was sleeved on the 6th and am hearing them. Have not yet had a BM but hoping the rumblings are a sign of one to come. Not feeling hungry at all trying to keep up with the liquid and protein needs. had a cup of decaf this morning although was only a few sips it did make me feel normal. :-)

I didnt fart until night of day 4, then i had my first bm after 5-6 days i think.

I've had diarhea since leaving the hospital that why I didn't think it was gas pains... Crazy loud noises lol!!

Yeah they fill the whole working area with air, I had gas pains for about 2 weeks. So loud too, I would be laying down and it was like it was talking to me!
