how do you post pictures?

I can't figure this one out....I have pics all over fb but this form is a little different.

Figured it out....I didn't scroll over to profile duh....but got it thanks...will be posting a full body this is me at 319lbs March 6th 2013..Sleeve date March 19, 2013....yay
