Vets - how much can you eat?

Volume wise how much can you eat at 3,6,9,12 months? I don't ever want to be able to eat the amount I could before but I would like to eat an amount similar to a "normal" person. Like a salad , steak and potato when we go out to eat.

I am 14 months out. On "date night" every other week at my favorite steakhouse (I don't measure anymore, I count bites usually) I have 3-4 bites of salad. I get a 6 oz steak and usually eat half. Then I steal a bite of the hubs baked potato if there is any room.

Meat, veg, carb. get a bite of everything, get satisfied missing out. I still leave the drinking glass off the table.
