Naseous Help

I'm 8 weeks post op 2morrow and for a week now I been feeling Naseous throughout the day mainly in the morning!! Has anyone else experience this now I have the IUD but I know that's not 100% hope I'm not preggers it's too soon :(

I'm over 7 weeks post op & I still get nauseous sadly =/ mostly Mornings & nights .... My doctor said it can be cause of the surgery & my body is still changing.. Idk lol
