If you are referring to popsicles, as we know them, there are sugar-free options. My favorites are 15 calories each. 54 calories for a popsicle sounds high to me.

I use the water flavoring packets that are only like 5-10 calories a packet for a 20oz bottle of water. Then put it in a Popsicle mold I got for a dollar. It takes about 2 bottles of water to make a tray of 6 Popsicles and the whole tray only totals 10-20 calories.

That's a good tip! I have a popsicle mold, and I like the idea of making them myself. And I know I'll have to share them with my son.
