Dizzy pre op diet

Hello just wondering if anyone experienced dizzy and weird sick feelings through the pre op diet or am I just getting sick at the wrong time? I'm only a week and one day into pre op diet and have three weeks to go but I feel horrible today.. Hoping some sleep and Advil help..

That is totally normal. It can feel like being hit by a truck if your also off caffeine and sugar for the first time. I'm on my 5th day of the pre-op diet but I was lucky in that my sugar and caffeine withdrawal was super mild (lucky genes I guess).

The first two days I did feel pretty sick. At this point I get weird hot flashes, too.

sleeping has helped me get through the tough times. I'll take a Benadryl if I have to.
